Kenya: Mbechot - access to clean water welcomed by Endorois

In line with #Envision2030 Goal 6 of SDGs - Access to Clean Water and Sanitation - I set out in December 2017 to interrogate the issue and current status.

Mbechot, is in the middle of the territory of Endorois people of Baringo, Kenya. Access to water remains an elusive thing. This borehole drilled by the government of Japan in partnership with the government of Kenya has helped reduce the distance that women and children used to travel in search of water for home use and for their animals.
